Novak Djokovic and Rafael Nadal will dominate the ATP Tour as usual in 2021, says Eurosport analyst Alex Corretja.
With Roger Federer fading from the picture in terms of Grand Slam successes in the last couple of years, Djokovic and Nadal have shared almost every major title between them.
The only exception has been the 2020 US Open, which Dominic Thiem won but only after Djokovic was ejected over a freak stroke of bad fortune.
And Corretja believes 2021 will be more of the same, although he does believe more players than ever are closer to disrupting their dominance.
"I honestly think that Novak Djokovic and Rafael Nadal are going to continue to be at the top," Corretja said.
"I would even say that the two will add at least one more Grand Slam.
"As for those who can make a leap, I think Medvedev is very close to winning a Grand Slam tournament and that Thiem will once again be a very tough opponent, especially having the experience of New York already and knowing that he can, that helps very much.
"Dominic has a lot of strength, experience and plays well on all surfaces, it will be very difficult to stop him.
"I would love for Felix-Auger Aliassime and Denis Shapovalov to also take that step forward, they are two players that I love.
"Stefanos Tsitsipas is another who should also do it."
